WiiU não atualiza

I understand your pain... I just bought my Wii U this Saturday and have had issues with the 162-0002 error message when trying to update the system. It was hard finding an answer on the internet and when I called the Nintendo customer support they wanted me to send it in for repair. But I'm very good at finding solutions to the problem. What happens is some internet providers have issues with packet loss and this causes issues with the update process of the Wii U systems. So here is a solution that may help out a lot and you won't have to send your console in for repair.

1. Find a friend or family member that has access to Cable, DSL, FIOS, and such not an internet that is prone to outage, slow downs, or packet loss. IE Verizon Wireless, AT&T Wireless, Satellite internet.
2. Once connected go into your connection settings and connect to there network.
3. Select the option to set the DNS servers.
4. Set the primary as 008.008.008.008 and secondary as 008.008.004.004. These are default google DNS servers and work very well for this.
5. Select to update the system and proceed with the download.
6. You may also choose to set these DNS settings on your home WiFi to see if they resolve the issue for as well.
This worked perfectly for me and I was finally able to update my Wii U to the newest software with no issue. I presume what is happening is that when you are updating on internet that is really spotty or is prone to packet loss and disconnecting on you pieces of the firmware and software update become lost and the console thinks that you are installing unapproved software because it cannot verify that the check sum is correct or parts of the update are severley degraded causing problems. Something Nintendo could do to resolve this issue is use a torrent based update process that checks the intergrity of the incoming packets to verify that the information has downloaded correctly and resend for the lost bits of information before finally patching it all together for the final update that the Wii U processes.
Sorry for this being so LONG I just wanted to make sure that everything was in there and I could help some people out.

Vá nas configurações do Wii U e na tela de configurações de Internet, procura a aba DNS e coloca pra ajustar manualmente, ai coloca esses valores:

Primeiro: 8.8.8.8
Segundo: 8.8.4.4

deve aparecer assim:
Primeiro: 008.008.008.008
Segundo: 008.008.004.004

salva e tenta baixar o update
depois de instalado pode colocar automático de novo se quiser

Se não for problema na sua conexão talvez seja problema desse full brick no modo wii mesmo, mas não custa tentar
Se não o jeito vai ser pegar um jogo em disco que venha com o update

Agora se não funcionar, infelizmente só deletando a cIOS que causa o problema (249/250, IOS15, 36,38,56) , mas como seu vwii não entra, nem tem como ajudar.
Já tentou formatar em config de fábrica? Desconecte hd, pendrive, remova cartão de memória, tudo, e só então formate em config de fábrica.
Se não der, infelizmente já era seus updates.

A Nintendo tem um link sobre isso mas nem adianta ligar agora, espera lançar no Brasil e quem sabe ajudem...

Se bem que se detectarem que vc fez softmod, a garantia não cobre!
Olha um caso interessante que li num fórum gringo, um cara teve o problema do erro 162-0002 mesmo sem nunca ter feito softmod, mandou o console pra Nintendo, e a resposta deles foi que o console foi modificado/hackeado, e por isso causou esse erro, e a garantia não cobre!
O cara insistiu que nunca hackeou o console, mas a Nintendo manteve a decisão, não consertou, nem trocou, nem devolveu a grana.

Se for assunto de modificação relacionada à pirataria, melhor nem comentar, o fórum não permite assunto relacionado à pirataria.
E outra, evite fazer post duplo, vc será alertado se continuar fazer post duplo. Tb é a regra do fórum.

Infelizmente não deu jeito o problema é do full-brick mesmo, nem posso usar o e-shop
